You will be guided on feeling safe in your nervous system to get really uncomfortably honest about who you are being, even the ugly and messy to liberate and unravel stories and threads that are feeding an old version of yourself, so you can be more present and in receptivity of what Life is wanting to gift to you, as well as have you Lead others in. Life being God. As an Embodiment Coach as she guides women in the whole-istic nourishment of the body mind and soul, guides through deep shadow work, teaches emotional intelligence, + nervous system recoding through the movement of the body, and working deeply with the innerchild to re-establish YOU ARE WORTHY, DESERVING, and SO LOVEABLE!
